Dissertation (2015) Testing the Reliability and Validity of Tools based on the Mayer-Salovey- Caruso Four-Branch Ability Model of Emotional Intelligence with Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurses.                               

Pilot study (2013) – Relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Leadership Behaviors of Mental Health Nurses.
