This award recognized Dr. Hoi Sing Chung as a novice nurse researcher who has recently completed an outstanding research study on risk factors associated with hospital readmission in pediatric asthma and who has excellent potential to develop and implement a program of research that contributes to well-being and health. - Daisy Faculty Award 2015
Dr. Chung utilized creative teaching techniques to provide an outstanding learning environment to help students learn Pharmacology. He demonstrated great caring and compassion for his students. His coaching and guidance helped students successfully progress to the nursing clinical courses. His positive attitude enhanced the students’ learning environment and the collaboration with faculty.
