Welcome to the Department of Health Sciences at Georgia State University, part of the Byrdine F. Lewis College of Nursing and Health Professions! The department was established in June 2022, and I am honored to serve as the inaugural chair of this dynamic department. Here we unite diverse health disciplines in an interdisciplinary environment with a shared commitment to empowering the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Health Informatics

• Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in Health Informatics
• Graduate Certificate in Clinical Health Informatics (online)
• Graduate Certificate in Healthcare Leadership (online)
• Master of Science in Health Sciences, concentration in Health Informatics (online)

Dental Hygiene

• Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene, Registered Dental Hygienist degree completion (online)

Health Sciences

• Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in Health Sciences
• PhD in Health Sciences
