Message from the Dean

I encourage you to consider becoming a part of the Byrdine F. Lewis College of Nursing and Health Professions Dean's Society. The society is an exclusive group of donors recognized for their significant financial commitments that ensure the Lewis College's continued excellence. Our alumni and friends' leadership gifts allow the college to grow and expand through the support of eminent faculty, ground-breaking research and high caliber students who excel as a direct result of these financial gifts.
The college requires scholarship and fellowship funds, endowed chairs and professorships and state-of-the-art technology and techniques to accomplish our mission in preparing the next generation of clinicians and scholars in a culturally diverse society. We also need funding for special initiatives, projects that give us the flexibility to respond quickly in a rapidly changing environment. State funds are not enough to meet these challenges. We invite you to become a member of this leadership team and become part of a premier college of choice for educating healthcare professionals in the southeastern United States.
Please help us meet the demands of 21st-century healthcare providers and educators and join the Dean’s Society, where donors are our foundation.
Regards,
Huanbiao Mo, Ph.D.
