Two School of Nursing students topped the 2015 Homecoming Court. Jamika King, second year nursing student, was crowned Miss Georgia State, Queen of the Homecoming Court during the halftime show. In addition, Madlina Jonassaint, a first semester traditional nursing students was chosen as homecoming princess. Both students are active in the Georgia State Community. Jamika is a 1913 Society member, the official ambassador corps of the university. Madlina is active in the Nursing Students at Georgia State (NSGS) professional student organization.
